Carry on the Historic Mission of"Railway Leading the Traffic Power",Promote the Overall Service Level of Rail-way for the Economic and Social Development

Since the 18thCPC National Congress,under the firm leadership of the Central Committee of the Chinese Com-munist Party with President XI Jinping at the core,great historic accomplishments in railway safety,stability and reform devel-opment have been achieved,making great contributions to eco-nomic and social development,and stronger sense of gain for the people.In this paper,the pragmatic measures taken by Chi-na Railway Corporation in promoting the ability of railway se-curity for the economic and social development are compre-hensively elaborated,it is regarded as the result of insisting on the guidance of socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the New Era of XI Jinping, carrying on the historic mission of"Railway Leading the Traffic Power"in the process of im-plementing the 19thCPC National Congress spirit.
