地铁车辆车轮踏面清扫装置的设计与实现

摘    要:为解决地铁车辆在市郊露天高架线路上经常出现的车辆空转滑行现象,提出在车辆上增加车轮踏面清扫装置,用于改善轮轨踏面间的黏着状态,以防止车轮发生空转或滑行。详细介绍了车轮踏面清扫装置的作用原理,提出了为达到改善轮轨黏着条件,需要车辆实现的基本控制功能。分析了车轮踏面清扫装置的动作方式、踏面清扫的测试方案以及踏面清扫控制逻辑的实现方式,在此基础上给出了踏面清扫硬件电路设计方案。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems that frequently oc-curred on suburban elevated lines,such as the slide and slip of metro train,a kind of tread cleaning device is proposed,which can improve wheel and rail adhesion state to prevent the slide and slip of metro train. The principle of tread cleaning device is introduced in detail,basic control functions are suggested to improve the wheel and rail adhesion coefficient. Then,the ac-tion mode,test scheme and control logic functions of the tread cleaning device are analyzed,on this basis,a hardware circuit design for the tread cleaning device is proposed.
