东京都市圈轨道交通直通运营模式的分析与启示

摘    要:对东京都市圈地铁、私铁、JR(日本铁路)的直通运营模式进行了分类和总结,探析了线路直通运营的客流特点和直通运营的工程条件。轨道交通线路直通运营可以节省乘客换乘时间,缓解换乘站的客流压力,也存在运能损失以及昂贵的工程改造费用等问题。是否采用直通运营模式应根据具体的工程条件和客流需求特征而定,在线路敷设方式为地上且线路间客流交换量较大的情况下,可以考虑选择直通运营模式,反之直通运营模式的必要性则不大。

Abstract:The direct operation modes of metro,private rail-way and JR railway in Tokyo metropolitan area are classified and summarized,the characteristics of passenger flow and the engineering conditions for direct operation mode are analyzed. Rail transit direct operation can save the transfer time of pas-sengers,relieve the congestion at transfer junctions,but will create new problems like capacity loss and expensive engi-neering cost. Therefore,whether to adopt this operation mode or not shall be based on specific engineering conditions and passenger flow characteristics. When rail transit lines are laid on the ground and the inter-line transfer passenger flow is big enough,direct operation mode may be chosen and not the other way around.
