摘    要:经车辆长期运用统计发现,若CRH5型动车组万向轴系统发生万向轴轴承磨损、十字节单元包润滑不良、万向轴平衡块松脱等故障,则最终表现为万向轴动平衡指标超出线路运用标准,即万向轴产生动不平衡附加力矩和传动系统产生异常振动。针对此问题,开发研制了车载万向轴传动系统监控装置,用以实时监测万向轴状态,并可提供故障分级的预警、报警信息。该监控装置在齿轮箱体和电机上安装振动传感器,通过检测万向轴动不平衡引起的振动信号的时频特性,诊断故障信息。通过不同动不平衡万向轴在不同转速下测点加速度响应的仿真分析,以及不同动不平衡万向轴装车线路的验证试验表明,以齿轮箱和电机测点的万向轴转频频段的振动信号为特征量,能较好地反映万向轴的振动状态。

Abstract:Through long term use and statistical analysis,the dynamic balance index of cardan shaft are found to exceed the standard requirements when the cardan shaft traction system of CRH5 EMU breaks down due to the abrasion of the shaft bearing,the unhealthy lubrication of unit pack and the balance chunk loosening,that will cause the imbalance extra torque and abnormal vibration in the traction system at the end. To solve the problems,an equipment to monitor the condition of cardan shaft in real-time is developed,which can classify the failure grades and provide early warning and alert information to the users.The sensors of the device assembled on gear box and generator can monitor the time-frequency characteristic of vibration caused by the dynamic imbalance of cardan shaft and diagnose the failures.The simulation analysis of the acceleration respond to different cardan shaft systems in different dynamic imbalance and rotation speed conditions,and the on-line testing show that the vibrating signal tested by the gear box and generator sensors can be used as a characteristic parameter to reflect the cardan shaft vibration effectively.
