| 摘 要： | 探讨舆论监督法治建设的价值维度其实就是探讨建设舆论监督法治所追求的社会目的,就是对舆论监督法创制和实施的宗旨的分析。该价值维度是多元性的,即凡是可以借助于舆论监督法上的权利、义务来加以保护和促进的美好事物,都可以被纳入该价值体系,因而很难用简单枚举的方式把各种价值一一列举。本文以下所要探讨的民主、正义、秩序、效率都是最重要的价值,但也并非价值的全部。
