国家文化安全视野中的艺术教育问题

从国家文化安全的角度看,文化全球化、文化帝国主义对我国艺术文化的健康发展构成了严重威胁,为此除了采取积极措施保护本国文化产业,至关要紧的是提高文化创新能力,而这必然与艺术教育相关。然而,当下中国的艺术教育却在两方面存在问题,一是艺术教育本体的缺席,一是民族性的缺失。如欲发挥艺术教育在维护国家文化安全方面的积极功能,我们需要做两个方面的工作,一是依据国家美学思路重建艺术教育的美学根基,二是重建艺术教育与传统艺术文化间的血脉联系。
