| Abstract: | The development of China＇s maritime industry relates to the effect of the education and management of the maritime student. This paper analyzes from the characteristics of the maritime students and sailing crew and then propose some goals for the maritime student＇s educational and management, and explore the ways to realize the goals and the some assurance for it. |
