深入调查研究 突出航海特色 大力推进二级学院的科学管理

广州航海高等专科学校于2010年以内部管理体制改革为突破口，实行“校院二级办学、校院系三级管理”．为广泛深入了解改制后各二级学院一年来管理运行的情况，进行了实地调研．本次开展的调研，掌握了一手资料，明确了需要进一步解决的问题，为今后的工作提供了科学决策的依据．

Highlighting Marine Features Vigorously Promote Scientific Management in the Second Grade Academies through Investigation and Study

Since 2010 Guangzhou Maritime College has implementing the running management by college and academies and managed through three administrating grades(college,academies and departments) beginning from the internal management system reform.In order to realize the circulating completion in the year broadly and deeply,the investigation is done on the spot,it has mastered many first-hand materials,and many problems which should be solved are understood.The article provides scientific gist for future work.
