| 摘 要： | 模具是工业生产的基础装备,是制造业的基础产业.塑料制品生产企业设备自动化程度高低也成了衡量企业综合实力的重要标志之一,机械手及其自动化成套设备是国内外极受重视的高新技术应用领域.提出了某杯盖模具后置机械手设计方案,该设计取代了杯盖出模后的人工后处理工序,实现杯盖注塑完成后的后处理一体化和自动化,提高了生产率、保证了产品的合格率.

| Abstract: | Mould is the equipment foundation of the industrial production, and the basic industry of manufacturing. The degree of automation about the enterprise for the plastic product is also one of the most important marks for the estimation about the comprehensive strength of the enterprise. The manipulator and its automation equipment belong to the domain of the high and new technology attached great importance at home and abroad. This design could replace the artificial post-processing of the bowl cover after the molding, and realize the integration and automation of the post-processing after the injection molding, and increase productivity, and guarantee product yield. |
