广东新台高速公路软基处理方案及施工分析

高速公路软基处理的方法很多,各种处理方法都有它的优越性和局限性。如何选择适宜的处理方案,并进行合理的施工,是降低工程造价成本和提高工程质量的必要保障。文中以广东省新台高速公路为实例,从具体的地质条件、加固要求、工期和处理单价等各方面综合考虑,对几种常用高速公路软基处理方法进行方案比选。最终确定本工程处理方案,采用袋装砂井 真空堆载预压(超载预压)、袋装砂井 土工格栅、粉喷桩 土工格栅加筋、CFG桩 砂桩等对其进行了综合治理,并分析了各处理方法施工过程中面临的问题,提出了处治对策。

Improvements of Soft Soil Foundation and Construction Analysis in Guangdong Xin-tai Expressway

There are many improvements of soft soil foundation,every kind of improvement has itself superior and limitation.How to choose a good improvement and combine with reasonable construct is a necessary guarantee to lower engineering cost and increase engineering quantity.This paper takes Guangdong Xin-tai expressway as an example, synthesize considering geology term,reinforce request,work time and unit price,compared to some common improvements of soft soil foundation. In the end, confirm improvements of this engineering, fabric-enclosed drain vacuum preloading(over loading preloading),fabric-enclosed drain geogrid,Jet Mares pile geogrid, CFG pile sand pile,etc.And then analyzed every method have faced question in the construction process, put forward to settle method.
