| Abstract: | The Maglev system is featured by high speed,sa ft y,energy saving and environmental protection.This paper introduces the operation of the!demonstration line in Shanghai,which employs the high speed rail techniq ue provided by the Maglev system and the long-tested equipment.The author argue s that Shanghai Demonstration Line has gained abundant experiences in operation and maintatinance,set up strict safety evaluation and safety control system in e xamination,and therefore will have a broad prospect for its development. |
