| 摘 要： | 根据影响连云港港主航道通航安全诸因素的特征,应用模糊综合评价方法,对连云港港主航道的通航环境进行风险评价。评价目的在于通过分析影响连云港港主航道安全的因素,综合评价连云港港主航道的安全状态,并找出目前影响通航安全的主要因素,可供安全管理决策参考。

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of the factors,which affect the safety of the navigation environment of Lianyungang Port,risk assessment has been conducted on the main channel’s navigation environment of Lianyungang Port with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The evaluation is aimed at finding out the security status of the main channel of the port,and the main factors affecting the safe navigation in the channel.The result of the evaluation can provide references for security managers as scientific support for decision-making. |
