摘    要:泡沫沥青厂拌冷再生技术具有经济、环保、施工方便等优点,在沥青路面养护维修工程中具有广阔的应用前景。依托江苏328国道路面大修工程,研究泡沫沥青厂拌冷再生混合料设计及施工关键技术。分析了泡沫沥青厂拌冷再生混合料强度形成机理,在此基础上结合实际工程研究提出了泡沫沥青厂拌冷再生混合料技术标准及设计方法,总结了冷再生混合料施工成套技术及质量控制方法,并分析了施工中路面微裂缝成因,为类似工程提供参考依据。

Abstract:The technology of cold in-plant recycled mixture with foamed asphalt has some merits,such as economical,environmental protection,convenient construction and so on,so it has wide application prospect in pavement maintenance engineering.Based on the pavement repairing engineering of 328 road in Jiangsu,the key technologies of design and construction of cold in-plant recycled mixture are researched.The formation mechanism and design methods of cold in-plant recycled mixture with foamed asphalt were put forward.The previous preparation,concrete mixing and rolling of the asphalt mixture are summarized.And the reasons for micro- crack are analyzed.The research results in this paper could provide reference for related engineering.
