水泥混凝土路面下路基工作区深度确定方法的探讨

摘    要:通过讨论原路基工作区深度确定方法的局限性及应用于水泥混凝土路面时的不合理之处,提出以荷载作用于水泥混凝土面板不同荷位时的路基应力比(板角、板边时的路基应力与板中时的比值)作为水泥混凝土路面下路基工作区深度的控制指标。采用有限元方法,讨论了路基应力扩散特征和工作区深度,给出了路基深度0.8m处的应力比取值范围。结果表明:不同轴型(单轴、双轴和三轴)及不同公路等级的路基工作区深度变化在0.65~1.55m之间,原0.8m的路基工作区深度已不能完全满足现在路面结构和轴荷条件下的情况。在综合考虑轴荷、路面结构和公路等级基础上,推荐了路基工作区深度值。

Abstract:By discussing limitations of the determining method of subgrade workspace depth and the illogical results in cement concrete pavement,this paper puts forward subgrade stresses ratio of different loading positions(ratio of subgrade stress in the corner point or edge point with that in the slab midpoint) as control index of subgrade workspace depth under cement concrete pavement.By using finite element method,the distribution of stresses in subgrade and workspace depth is discussed and the stresses ratio ranges when the subgrade depth is 0.8m are given.The results show that the subgrade workspace depth of different axle types(single axle、double axles and three axles) and road level changes between 0.65~1.55m,the original 0.8m subgrade workspace depth can not completely satisfy the situation of new pavement structure and axle loads.The corresponding subgrade workspace depth is recommended based on axle loads,pavement structures and road level.
