提高拉刀耐用度的挤压工艺

摘    要:拉刀在刃磨过程中存在获得定值前角难,且会降低刀具硬度等问题,为此设计了拉刀前刀面挤压工艺。该工艺简便易行,1把拉刀可挤压5~8次。使用证明,经挤压加工后的拉刀加工的零件精度高,且拉刀的使用寿命可提高30%以上。

Abstract:It is difficult to obtain constant rake angle and is easy to reduce the broacher hardness in broacher sharpening. In order to solve these problems,the broacher front flank extrusion process was designed. This process is easy to operate and one broacher can extrude 5-8 times.It is proved that high accuracy of parts can be obtained by the broacher after it is machined by extrusion method,and the life of broacher can be improved over 30%.
