SVPWM逆变器死区补偿的研究与实现

摘    要:分析了空间电压矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)逆变器死区效应产生的原因及影响,根据死区效应及SVPWM的特点提出了电压补偿法。该方法无需增加硬件,实用性较强。仿真和实验结果验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:The causes and influences of dead-time effect on the output voltage of SVPWM inverter are analyzed,and the voltage compensation method is proposed in accordance with the dead-time effect and SVPWM characteristics.This method has good practicability without adding any more hardware circuit and has good utility.Simulation and experimental results show the validity of this method.
