| 摘 要： | 文章以中远船务工程集团有限公司生产建造的＂凯撒＂轮铺管船为例介绍了铺管船重要部件铺管器的建造施工工艺和流程,包含前期材料准备、焊接工艺评定到施工过程中的控制和完工后机加工,并重点分析了铺管船铺管器建造过程中出现的问题及解决方案。

| Abstract: | Taking the pipe-laying vessel Caesar built by COSCO Shipyard as example,the paper introduces the manufacturing technique and process of pipe-laying device,an important component in a pipe-laying vessel,including the material preparation,WPS demonstration,process control and machine work after the completion,with focus on the problems and solutions in the process of manufacturing the pipe-laying device in pipe-laying vessel,which is the point for attention in regard to manufacturing technique. |
