摘    要:研制开发一套轴承工况检测与故障诊断系统,用于机车牵引负荷试验。系统通过检测振动和温度信号判断内燃机车走行部轴承的工作状况。把高阶谱引入机车轴承振动信号分析,用1(1/2)维谱提取轴承故障引起的振动信号非线性相位耦合特征来识别故障模式。试运行表明系统可靠,能满足机车段修现场轴承检测的需求。

Abstract:A novel bearing condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system for locomotive tractive load test is developed.Using the on-line vibration and temperature signal,the working condition of bearings in the running gear of the locomotive is examined.Furthermore,the higher order spectra are introduced into signal analysis of bearing.The 1(1/2)-dimension spectrum is employed to exact the quadratic phase couple caused by initial faults of bearings.The effective of proposed system is verified by running test.
