硒对~3H-亮氨酸参入大白鼠晶体蛋白的影响

摘    要:用克山病低硒病区粮及其加硒粮分别喂养断乳大白鼠,12周后,腹腔注射~3H-亮氨酸10μci/100克体重,观察~3H参入晶体蛋白量。测出加硒组参入晶体蛋白量为每分551.7±123.8闪烁数/10mg蛋白,非常显著的(P<0.01)大于病区粮组(每分390.3±83.8闪烁数/10mg蛋白)。晶体中谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量及裂隙灯检查晶体透明度,两组无差别。

Abstract:Weaning rats were fed with seleniumlow(group 1) and its selenium-supplemented(group 2)diet of Keshan disease area respectively for 12 weeks. At one hour before autopsy, rats were injected with 10 μci ~3H-leucine per 100 gm of body weight to observe incorporation of ~3H-leucine in lens protein. The results indicated that the radioactivity of lens protein in group 2 (551.7+123.8 counts/10mg protein/min) were significantly greater than that of group 1(390.3±83.8 counts/10mg protein/min), P<0.01. The content of glutathione and transparency in lens were no significant.
