摘    要:首先对柴油中添加二甲醚的比例进行优化,然后对柴油机供油提前角和EGR率分别进行优化匹配,最后将优化的柴油机与原机进行试验对比。结果表明:经过优化后柴油机的动力性和经济性略有下降,排放性能得到优化,NOx排放大幅度降低,高负荷工况下炭烟排放降幅明显。

Abstract:The mixing ratio of diesel oil and DME was optimized,the fuel supply advance angle and EGR ratio were matched and finally the comparison experiments between optimized and original engine were carried out.The results show that the power and economy of optimized diesel engine decrease slightly,but the emission performance has been optimized.By the optimization,the NOx emission decreases substantially and the soot emission at high load decreases evidently.
