新型泵控制阀控制共轨压力的试验研究

摘    要:介绍了一种用于柴油机共轨系统的新型泵控制阀,进行了共轨压力控制的试验研究,分析了电磁铁占空比对泵控制阀特性的影响。试验结果表明,所设计的泵控制阀在共轨压力控制精度(共轨压力波动Δp在3%~5%范围内)、共轨压力建立速度、共轨压力改变随动响应速度及系统工作稳定性等方面均可满足共轨系统柴油机的要求。

Abstract:A new-typed flow control valve was introduced,which was used in high-pressure common rail system.The experiment of common rail pressure control was carried out and the influence of duty cycle on flow control valve performance was analyzed.The results show that the designed flow control valve can satisfy the requirements of common rail diesel engine in the aspects of control precision,which is in the ranges between 3 percent and 5percent,response speed,flexibility and system stability.
