摘    要:针对大型船舶艉轴管镗孔过程中存在的工作环境差、加工精度低、加工效率低、加工过程不可视等一系列问题,对现用船舶艉轴管镗孔装置提出改造方案,实现镗孔装置自动化进退刀、中间支撑和镗刀实时调整、在线测量等功能,保证加工精度和效率,改善现场工作人员的工作环境,满足大型船舶艉轴管的全自动精密镗孔需求.

Abstract:In order to solve a series problems existing in boring process of the large ship stern tube,such as poor working environment,low machining accuracy,low machining efficiency and invisible machining process,a transformation scheme was proposed,which can realize the functions of automatic engaging and retreating,real-time adjustment and on-line measurement of the intermediate support and boring device,so as to ensure the machining accuracy and efficiency,improve the working environment,realize the full-automatic precision boring of stern tube of large ships.
