用亲和图分析解决ABS挡泥板的质量缺陷（1）

与PP材料相比，ABS树脂抗冲性、隔音性、耐划痕及耐热性更好，特别是在横向抗冲性和使用温度要求较严格的地方，PP材料应用受到限制，而ABS树脂因表面光滑，抗冲击性好，耐高温和可加工性好而被广泛应用，但ABS也存在如产品发脆、尺寸不准、飞边等缺点。用巴莱多图统计出ABS在生产中的个性问题，用亲和图分析解决问题，再用直方图进行模具改进后的工艺验证，对注塑工程质量改进和提升产品合格率有重要的指导意义。
