摘    要:通过对450MPa级船体用钢母体试件、焊缝试件在波浪随机载荷和均方根等效载荷下的疲劳裂纹扩展规律的试验和模拟计算,结果表明用均方根等效载荷替代波浪随机载荷下的疲劳裂纹扩展规律是一种安全有效的方法,并且焊缝金属在抵御疲劳裂纹扩展方面优于母材金属。

Abstract:An experiment of fatigue crack propagation of both the base metal and welded metal of 450MPa grade steel for ship body is made under the load of both random sea wave and constant equivalent average square root. The result shows that using the constant equivalent average square root load instead of the random sea wave load in determination of fatigue crack propagation of 450MPa grade ship body steel is a safe and effective method, and the behavior of welded metal is superior to the one of the base metal in retardation of fatigue crack growth.
