地铁盾构下穿建筑物群地层沉降控制技术研究

摘    要:文中以武汉地铁8号线三期野芷湖站-中间风井区间盾构隧道下穿建(构)筑物群为工程实例,通过对盾构隧道施工主要风险的分析,采用一种新型惰性浆液三次注浆的工法控制地层沉降。采用FLAC3D有限差分软件建立三维数值模型,对盾构施工全过程进行了三维仿真数值模拟,通过数值分析及施工过程中沉降监测数据,对现场沉降控制措施进行评估,结果表明,该工法有效地控制了地面建(构)筑物的最终沉降量,确保了建(构)筑物的安全。

Abstract:In this paper,a new construction method of three times grouting of inert slurry is used to control the stratum settlement by analyzing the main risks of shield tunnel construction,taking the construction of shield tunnel underpass building group in the section of Yezhihu Station and intermediate air shaft of Wuhan Metro Line 8 as an engineering example.And FLAC3D finite difference software is adopted to establish the three-dimensional numerical model,and the whole process of shield construction is simulated.Through numerical analysis and settlement monitoring data during construction,the site settlement control measures are evaluated.The results show that this method effectively controls the final settlement of ground building,ensures the safety of building and has a good reference for similar projects.
