Application of data acquisition card to Security Monitor and Control System of Servicing Operation

Combined with all sorts of factors which affected the safety in the process of electric engine serving operation, according to the demand of serving operation safety, the safety monitor and control system of servicing operation were empoldered using mechanism interlock, computer and data acquisition technology, as the traditional operation method of the insulation switch in electric engine serving track had unsafe factors .The System monitored the whole coarse of the insulation switch operation, the wire grounding and ascending the engine coping, inducted the operation with sound hint and shows the status of the process with chart. The programing implementation of the PCI 1756 in the Security Monitor and Control System of servicing processing was elaborated.
