基于ADAMS的汽车前悬架仿真研究

摘    要:在现有的汽车前悬架数据的基础上,用ADAMS/VIEW模块建立悬架模型,并对模型进行仿真计算,研究分析汽车运动中悬架随车轮上下跳动时定位参数的变化规律,评价悬架数据合理性。采用优化分析对悬架不合理数据进行优化,以改善悬架系统性能,提高产品开发质量。

Abstract:Based on the existing data of automotive front suspension,the article uses ADAMS/VIEW model to establish a suspension model and does simulation calculation. The variation laws of suspension positioning parameters along with wheel bouncing in motion are analyzed and the reasonableness of suspension data is evaluated. Using optimization analysis to optimize unreasonable suspension data can improve the performance of suspension system and improve the quality of products development.
