摘    要:发动机配气相位不良会造成排放超标、油耗增加、作功不充分,还会造成功率下降、发动机过热、发动机“放炮”、加速性能变差和化油器反喷等现象,其结果为进气不足,废气排放不净。用FTA分析法研究配气相位在制造工艺中产生的各种不良情况,对有效控制相位提供重要参数。

Abstract:Poor valve-timing leads to the super standard of emissions, increment of fuel consumption, poor working, power drop, engine overheating, engine denation, weak acceleration performance and carburetor spit-back. As a result, the intake is insufficient and the exhaust emission is not clean. The FTA is used to analyse the various adverse cases produced in machining the valve train, which provides important data for effectively controlling the valve-timing.
