基于内部营销的星级酒店员工满意度调查分析

摘    要:文章从内部营销理论出发论述了星级酒店员工满意度调查研究的重要性,通过向3家样本酒店发放问卷调查表对员工满意度进行调查,利用SPSS 15.0软件进行数据分析,提取出7个影响员工满意度的主要因子并分类计算了因子得分,得出了星级酒店员工满意度状况。

Abstract:According to the internal marketing theory,this article discusses the importance of star-level hotel employee satisfaction research.In order to measure and reach employee satisfaction,the author uses the method of demonstration by questionnaire investigation in 3 hotels.Through the SPSS software,the data analysis extracted the seven main factors which can affect employee satisfaction,and calculated the factor scores.The status of star-level hotel employee satisfaction status has been concluded.
