| 摘 要： | 思想政治理论课是高校对大学生进行思想品德教育的主渠道和主阵地,决定这门课程实效性的主要因素是教师,所以师资队伍的建设时当前思政课建设改革的关键。但在当前新形势下,高校思想政治理论课教师队伍存在着不少问题,影响了思政课的教育教学效果。本文从高校思政课教师队伍建设存在的问题出发,提出了一些改进的对策。
