橘皮中总黄酮的提取及抗氧化性研究

摘    要:采用超声辅助乙醇浸取的方法,对橘皮中总黄酮的提取及其抗氧化性进行研究.在单因素实验基础上,选择提取过程中的乙醇浓度、提取时间和液料比为提取因子,进行三因素三水平Box-Behnken 中心组合设计,采用响应面法( RSM )分析3个因素对橘皮总黄酮提取率的影响;确定橘皮总黄酮提取得率的最佳工艺为:乙醇浓度为72%、提取时间为50 min、液料比为50∶1 mL/g,实际提取率平均值为1.50%.并对提取液中的黄酮类化合物进行抗氧化性实验,结果表明:橘皮提取液中黄酮类化合物具有一定的抗氧化性,其对羟基自由基的清除作用大于Vc.

Abstract:In this paper , the total flavonoids in orange peel extract and antioxidant was researched with ultra-sound-assisted ethanol extraction method .Response surface analysis methodology ( RSM) was applied to optimize the ultrasonic -assisted extraction conditions of general flavonoids from orange peel .Base on the single-factor experiments , three-factors-three-levels Box-Behnken central component experiments design was applied .The concentrations of ethanol in solvent , extraction time and ratio of liquid to solid were chosen as casual factors .The results show that the optimum conditions were 72%ethanol, extracting time 50 min, ratio of liquid to solid 50∶1 mL/g.Validation experiments were carried out under these optimum conditions , the average yield of general flavonoids is 1.5 %.The antioxidant flavonoids experimental results showed that orange peel extract flavonoids have some antioxidant , its hydroxyl radical scavenging effect is greater than Vc .
