异步电机传动机车动轮轮径偏差的计算机仿真研究

摘    要:探讨了异步电机传动机车在动轮轮径偏差时电机负荷分配差异的问题,研究对象为同一转向架上由同一台电压源逆变器供电的两台并联的异步牵引电机。中分析了所采用的模拟试验机组结构,提出以定子电流频率仿真轮径偏差的构思,并研制了以16位微处理器8098为核心的一整套硬、软件控制系统,在模拟机组上的试验证明所研究的轮径偏差仿真与实际基本相吻合。

Abstract:We mainly talk about how the wheel's diameter deviation impacts the current difference between two driving induction motors.What we want to study is the two induction motors fixed on a same bogie of an electric locomotive and fed by a common VSI(Voltage Source Inverter).The configuration of the experimental unit is analysed, and a new idea of utilizing frequency due to sedating the deviation of wheel's diameter is suggested. Hence, a complete hardware and software control system with 16-byte 8098 microprocessor has been made. From the testing results it can be found that this simulative methodis in good coincident with the actual situation.
