网络化数控加工3D浏览器的研制

摘    要:建立了网络化数控加工系统结构,研制出适于网络化数控加工的3DS浏览器,可浏览3D场景中的所有信息,并可将CAD/CAM系统中复杂的三维零件实体导入该浏览器中.另外,该浏览器还可将各工步的数控代码以图形化格式贴合在所需加工工件的实体表面上,使本地数控机床操作者清晰识别异地所传各工步的数控代码.

Abstract:The structure of NC machining based on web was built,and a 3DS browser suitable for the NC machining was developed.The browser can scan all information in 3D sense,and import the 3D solid of a complicated workpiece in CAD/CAM system into the browser.The browser,in addition,can still attach each work-step NC code in graphic format to the surface of a workpiece.According to the need of machining,the operator can identify the NC code clearly from remote areas.
