| 摘 要： | 针对当前农村公路交通安全存在的问题,提出主要应当从农村公路交通基础设施、农村交通运输网络、安全教育、安全管理运行机制等方面采取措施,重点解决人、车、路、运等方面存在的问题,改善农村交通安全形势,消除安全隐患,预防和控制交通事故,实现农村公路交通安全畅通。
