| 摘 要： | 为有效缓解城市道路交通拥堵现象,对城市交通系统运行状态进行评价显得十分重要。立足于城市道路交通状态和服务水平评价指标体系,通过用户功能需求分析,设计了北京市区域交通状态和服务水平评价系统的功能结构和网络结构。该系统运行以来,不断整合现有交通流数据,实现了对城市道路路段、区域交通状态和服务水平的实时监测和评价,为交管部门制定合理决策提供了有力的信息支持。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the traffic congestion effectively,it is very important to evaluate the operating status of urban traffic systems.Based on the construction of urban road traffic conditions and LOS evaluation indices,through the functional requirements analysis,the Beijing regional traffic conditions and LOS evaluation system is introduced in this paper.Since the operation of the system,it has been implemented the real-time monitoring and evaluation of traffic conditions and LOS by continuously integrating the existing detected data,which will be an effective decision-making support to the urban traffic management and control. |
