基于宽容理念的农村公路改造与安全设施设计

结合农村公路建设实践经验,提出了在路基改造设计中应贯彻＂宽容＂的设计理念,通过增加路侧净区,改造硬路肩并设置适合农村公路特点的交通标志、汽车停靠站、失控车辆自救车道等设施,达到有效控制交通安全事故发生的目的,从而构建＂和谐＂交通。

Reform and Design on Safety Facilities of the Rural Highway Using Concept of Leniency

Combining with construction experience in rural highway construction,this paper puts forward that concept of leniency should be carried out during reforming and designing of the roadbed,with some facilities that suitable for the rural highway,including expanding clear zone of the roadside,reconstruction of the strengthening of road shoulder,installing traffic sign,station,Truck Escape Ramp of out-of-control vehicles and so on,to effectivly control occurrence of traffic accidents and to construct harmonious traffic.
