| 摘 要： | 长江航道信息化建设是一个不断深化、不断完善的系统性工程。随着长江航道信息化建设系列工程的启动,长江航道信息化经历了较快的发展阶段,取得了明显的成绩,需要对其进行系统总结和科学评判,以指导后续航道信息化规划与建设。针对航道信息化的需求,在综合分析国内外信息化评估相关研究的基础上,设计了长江航道信息化项目建设效益评估指标体系,探索了评估方法,使之达到可操作的层面。

| Abstract: | The Yangtze River waterway informatization construction is a systematic engineering that will be deepen continuously and improved constantly.With the initiation of the Yangtze River waterway informatization series project,the Yangtze River waterway informatization has been developing rapidly and achieving great success.So,it is necessary to carry on the systematic summary and scientific judgment of the existing achievement to guide the subsequent course of informatization planning and construction.According to the need of waterway informatization,relevant researches of informatization evaluation at home and abroad are analyzed comprehensively,and the Yangtze River waterway informatization construction benefit evaluation index system and evaluation method are designed to the operational level. |
