摘    要:本文首先分析了物流企业客户资源整合的重要性,从"计划———执行———监督控制"三大管理过程中总结了物流企业客户资源整合的失败原因,然后提出了成功地实施物流企业客户资源整合所必须的四面体结构模型,该模型从人、技术、流程、客户等四个层面分析了成功实施客户资源整合的关键因素,最后本文论述了物流企业实施客户资源整合的五大基本步骤,并对本文进行了总结.

Abstract:This paper analyzes the importance of the customer resource integration in logistics enterprises, and summarizes the fail factors of customer resource integration from three procedures which is 'plan-act-supervision & control'. Then, it puts forward the four-side construction model to accomplish the customer resource integration, discusses the key factors including people, technology, procedures and customers. At last, this paper discusses the five basic steps to accomplish the customer resource integration.
