| 摘 要： | 通过比较海峡两岸海上货物运输合同立法,对两岸立法的异同加以分析,提出我国在修改《中华人民共和国海商法》第4章的过程中,可在租船合同、运费等方面借鉴台湾地区的相关立法,以期完善我国《海商法》,促进两岸经贸往来。

Legislative Comparison of Contracts of Carriage of Goods by Sea between the Two-sides of Taiwan Strait-Also on Amendments to Chapter IV of CMC |

| Abstract: | By comparing and analyzing the similarities and differences of legislations on contracts of carriage of goods by sea between the two-sides of Taiwan Strait, it is suggested on charter party, freight etc. to draw some stipulations from the 揟aiwan Maritime Code, while amending the chapter IV of CMC(Chinese Maritime Code), for the perfection of its maritime legislation and for the enhancement of the trade between the two-sides of the Strait. |
