建设项目交通影响程度模糊评价研究

交通影响程度评价是交通影响分析的决策依据。鉴于TIA涉及因素多、定量描述困难等原因,提出了利用模糊评价方法求出项目的"交通影响度"。以北京市进行的交通影响评价为基础,借鉴美国、英国、香港等交通影响程度评价方法,选择合理的交通影响程度评价指标,建立了两层评价指标体系,并以此为基础构造交通影响程度二级模糊评价模型,得到建设项目"交通影响度"。以北京市西城区某改造项目为例,说明采用模糊评价方法求出的项目的"交通影响度"符合审批结果。

Fuzzy Eval uation on Traffic Impact Degree of Urban Construction Project

The degree of traffic impact is the base of Traffic Impact Analysis(TIA).Because many factors of TIA are difficult to fix quantitatively,a fuzzy evaluation model is put forward in order to know the traffic impact degree.On the basis of the traffic impact analysis of Beijing,referring to current appraising methods of traffic evaluation of influence degree in the United States of America,the United Kingdom,Hongkong etc, the logical evaluation target system of traffic impact degree is selected and a two-level fuzzy evaluation model is established.An rebuilding item in Western City District of Beijing is used to demonstrate the accuracy of the method.Its results accord with the fact.
