| 摘 要： | 对分段装配仿真方法进行了研究,阐述了基于DELMIA的分段装配仿真的具体流程、方法以及人机工程在仿真过程中的应用。并以3100TEU的一双层底分段装配过程为实例,探讨了分段装配仿真的内容和一般步骤,不仅检验了装配设计方案的可行性,同时也为现场施工人员提供了指导资料。

| Abstract: | The paper studied the method of block assembly simulation. It elaborated the specific process and method of block assembly simulation based on DELMIA, and also introduced the application of Human Engineering to assembly simulation. With the example of a 3100TEU double bottom block assembly simulation, the paper discussed the main contents and steps of block assembly simulation, not only tested the feasibility of the production design, but also provide assembly workers guidance documents on block assembly. |
