| Abstract: | An indtroduction on performance characteristics of CPOE-62 jack-up platform is presented. The importance and complexity of controlling weight and center of gravity of jack-up platforms is explained. Considering the limitations and the risks introduced by upgrading utility, approaches to guarantee the performance of the platform while controlling Sits weight and center of gravity are described. These approaches ensured desirable performance and function of "CPOE62" platform, which can be used as references for other jack-up installations. |
