| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、血管抑素(AGN)在子宫异位、在位内膜组织中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测VEGF、AGN在28例子宫内膜异位症(EMs)患者异位、在位内膜及22例正常子宫内膜组织中的表达。结果 VEGF阳性表达率在EMs患者异位、在位增生期内膜组织中(87.5%、56.3%)高于对照组(46.7%),分泌期内膜组织中的表达(83.3%、75%)也高于对照组(42.9%),均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。AGN在EMs患者在位、异位内膜组织增生期中阳性表达率(37.5%、56.3%)高于对照组(33.3%),在分泌期内膜组织的阳性表达率(58.3%、75%)高于对照组(28.6%),并且EMs组分泌期AGN的表达显著高于增生期,均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 VEGF和AGN在EMs组织中的高表达可能与EMs的发生发展有关。
