| 摘 要： | 以圆柱齿轮减速器各级传动中的小齿轮齿数、法面模数以及前两级传动比作为设计变量，以减速器各级齿轮中心距之和最小作为目标函数，建立了三级圆柱齿轮减速器参数优化设计的数学模型，优化结果和常规设计参数相比效果显著。

| Abstract: | By using the number of small gear teeth, normal module and first two-stage transmission ratio in every grade of cylindrical gear reducer as design variables, the minimum of overall gear central distances in reducer as objective function is derermined, and an optimization design mathematical model of three-stage cylindrical gear reducer is devoloped. The results of the optimization are more satisfying than normal design. |
