| 摘 要： | 针对中国新车评价规程(C-NCAP)的侧面碰撞要求,对某自主品牌乘用车进行了50 km/h侧面碰撞试验,通过对试验数据的深入分析,基于LS-DYNA平台,依据C-NCAP侧面碰撞标准建立了该车型整车侧碰有限元模型,利用实车数据验证其有效性,然后利用该模型对车身侧围结构进行改进,取得了良好效果。

| Abstract: | Aimed at the side impact requirement of C-NCAP,a 50 km/h side impact test of a car has been carried out.A FE model is built using LS-DYNA through the analysis of the test data.Based on this FE model,further modifications of vehicle structure are made to improve the side impact crashworthiness,and it has achieved good results. |
