城市轨道交通地下线环境振动影响 评价实践

摘    要:预测地下线的环境振动影响是北京城市轨道交通环境影响评价的重点。依据北京市DB11/T 838—2011《地铁噪声与振动控制规范》中的振动预测模型,并对地下线工程条件和预测点的情况进行简化和假设,预测距离为0~60 m、线路埋深为10~20 m、取不同类型建筑物预测点的环境振动值,根据GB 10070—88《城市区域环境振动标准》中的"居民、文教区"和"交通干线道路两侧"区域所执行的环境振动标准值,分析各预测点的超标情况。结果表明:线路的埋深越深,线路与建筑物的水平距离越远,建筑物的等级越高,则环境振动预测值越低,建筑物受到的环境振动影响越小。因此建议:根据振动影响范围和达标距离,做好城市轨道交通沿线用地规划,合理确定振动控制距离;当地下线穿越中心城区时,应根据环境振动影响预测结果和超标情况,确定合理的减振措施等级。

Abstract:Underground lines occupy a considerable proportion of Beijing urban rail transit,and the main environmental impact of the underground lines is environmental vibration.Therefore,predicting the environmental vibration impact of the running trains is the key to underground line environmental impact assessment.According to the vibration prediction model of Beijing local environmental protection standard code for application technique of metro noise and vibration control (DB11/T 838-2011),based on the simplification and hypothesis of engineering conditions and predicted points situation,this paper predicted the environmental vibration values of different predicted points,with the relative distance between 0 to 60 m and the line depth between 10 to 20 m as well as different types of building structures.This paper analyzed the situation of the predicted points which exceed the standard by referencing the Standard of vibration in urban area environment (GB 10070-88).The result shows that the deeper the underground lines,the farther the underground lines to the predicted points,and the higher levels of building structures on which the predicted points locates,the lower the environmental vibration prediction values are.Therefore,the smaller environmental vibration influence of the structure suffers.The author suggests that the reasonable land use planning along the urban rail transit should be done and the appropriate vibration protection distance should be determined.When underground lines go through the central area,it is recommended that appropriate vibration isolation measures should be taken according to the influence range of environmental vibration.
