BIM融合通信技术在轨行区施工管理信息化平台的应用

摘    要:针对地铁工程管理里程跨度大、行车调度难、安全监控视频缺失、安全生产预警预控难、全过程管理易缺位等突出问题,提出采用基于BIM的融合通信技术对轨行区进行信息化施工管理。阐述BIM技术与通信技术特点,提出基于BIM融合通信技术的轨行区施工管理信息化平台的目标、设计及开发方式。该平台在广州地铁4号线南延段进行实践应用,提升了隧道内无线通信的稳定性,解决了隧道内设备的防振、防水、防潮以及网络传输无中断等问题,可实现BIM平台派工信息的实时同步以及平台移动端办公。

Abstract:BIM's convergence communication technology is used to develop an information platform of construction management for the track area of the metro to cope with such major problems as large management mileages,difficulties in train dispatching,lack of security cameras,difficulties in warning and preventive control of work safety and ignorance of the whole process management.The features of BIM's technology and communications technology are described,and the objectives,design and development mode of the platform are provided.The platform is running on the south extension of Line 4 of Guangzhou Metro,which has improved the stability of the wireless communications inside the tunnel.The equipment of the platform is shockproof,waterproof and damp-proof,which ensures smooth transmission of network information inside the tunnel.Meanwhile,the real-time dispatching information is synchronized on the BIM's platform and the mobile terminal services are offered.
