地铁车站岩溶处理设计

摘    要:岩溶对地铁车站明挖基坑、结构施工以及建成后运营的维护都有较大影响,这给地铁车站的设计、施工带来了巨大的挑战。以南宁2号线石子塘站岩溶处理为例,车站采用充填和袖阀管注浆相结合的技术措施对岩溶进行处理。对车站部位岩溶处理范围进行介绍,并重点阐述无填充、半填充、全填充溶(土)洞在车站不同部位的处理方式及施工顺序,以及检测方法、检测原则和数量。通过施工检测验证表明,袖阀管注浆的处理效果达到了设计要求,可供同类工程借鉴。

Abstract:Karst has a big impact on subway station structure construction and operation maintenance and constitutes a challenge to the.design and construction of subway stations.Packing and grouting are used to solve the problem while Shizitang station of line 2 of Nanning rail transit is taken as an example.The range of karst treatment is introduced,and the method of karst treatment and construction sequences are discussed in details for karst with no padding holes,half-filled holes or full-filled (soil) holes,which are in different parts of the station.The method,principle and times of testing are introduced to ensure the quality and safety of construction.The construction test proves that the treatment effect of sleeve valve pipe grouting can meet the design requirements and can be used in similar projects.
