长沙磁浮工程轨道铺设施工关键技术

摘    要:在磁浮轨道铺设前,首先进行施工测量系统、轨道的临时定位支撑、轨道的精确测量和精确调整等关键工序的工艺性试验,并设计了适合磁浮轨道施工的测量棱镜基座、轨道支撑架等一系列配套工装,最后研发了一整套磁浮轨道铺设技术。此项技术各项技术参数符合相关技术条件要求,其工装设备能够满足施工作业要求。

Abstract:Prior to the maglev track laying,some critical technological tests were performed,which include construction survey system,temporary support for the track,fine measurement and precise adjustment.Then,a series of supportive tooling equipment,including measuring prism base and track support bracket,were designed.Finally,a complete set of maglev track laying technology was developed.Each of the technical parameters of this technology is in accordance with the relevant technical requirements and the equipment can meet the requirements of the construction work.
