| 摘 要： | 宋代对官吏的考核机构由人事、财计和监察部门共同参与,相互制衡.考核的内容较为全面,涉及人口、农业发展、赋税和场务课利等.考核方法包括定额、定期等,并制订多项指标进行评价.对于考核的结果用考词的形式进行记录和公布,作为官吏赏罚和升降的依据.宋代官吏考核制度体现的经济管理思想对当代有历史借鉴意义.

| Abstract: | The inspection organization to official was composed by human resources department,Financial accounting department and inspection department in Sung dynasty.The inspection factors is comprehensive,involves population,agricultural development,payment of tax and specific tax(salt tax).The inspection method included fixed the quantity and period,and established many index to evaluate. The idea of economy management in official inspection in Sung dynasty has historical significance to modern society. |
